Helsinki Declaration
35 countries, all of Europe, Canada, the USSR and the USA, met in Helsinki and agreed to recognize the existing European frontiers and agreed to respect human rights and fundamental freedoms.

Togo
Lome Convention
This was an agreement between the EEC and 46 developing countries saying that the 46 countries had free access to sell their products to the EEC, but only in their raw state. This could be seen as neo-imperialism (larger countries controlling smaller countries as if they were colonies by controlling their economies) because the 46 countries could only sell their products in their raw states, and then they were made into products by the EEC countries and sold back to the 46 developing countries.
