Kellog-Briand Pact
The Kellog-Briand Pact (or the Pact of Paris) was an agreement between Germany and the Allied Nations making war illegal. This was just a part of Germany re-entering European affairs as an equal nation.

European Russia
First five-year plan
The five year plans were Stalin's (the communist leader of Russia) way of pulling Russia out of economic depression caused by Lenin's NEP. The first five year plan set out goals that were to be met by industries. The second one dealt more with consumer products.
